Hands-on Classes – These classes are designed to last 2 1⁄2 - 3 hours and are offered primarily on weekday evenings and weekends. In these classes, students roll up their sleeves and prepare one of the recipes specially selected by the guest chef. The class will conclude with a sampling of the dishes and discussing the techniques used to create them.

Demonstration Classes – These classes are designed to last 1 – 1 1⁄2 hours. During these classes, the guest chef will demonstrate the creation of several recipes during the class session. Toward the end of the demonstration, students will have the opportunity to sample generous portions of the specially prepared entrees.
